ABBF
A PFP THAT CHANGES WITH REAL BITCOIN NETWORK DATA - POWERED BY BES (BITCOIN ENTHUSIASM SCORE)
A fully animated onchain generative art project, dynamically expressing Bitcoin's long-term enthusiasm.
INTERACTIVE DEMO
Slide to see how BES changes affect the art

Blockchain Seeded
Each ABBF is seeded by its unique inscription ID so the artwork is randomly determined by the blockchain.
On-Chain Provenance
Parent/Child mechanics maintains on-chain provenance.
Pure Code Art
Fully coded artwork in p5js.
What is the Bitcoin Enthusiasm Score?
At its heart the Bitcoin Enthusiasm Score (BES) is an original metric calculated directly from Bitcoin's onchain data. Unlike daily market indicators, the BES is a long-term measure, reflecting the historical and evolving enthusiasm for Bitcoin as we approach its supply cap. It reflects a long-term perspective.
The BES directly influences the Butt Flower's emotional expression, triggering different animations and and visual traits, making each butt flower a unique, evolving representation of Bitcoin's sentiment.
BES FORMULA:
WE ASKED AI TO EVALUATE THE BES. HERE'S WHAT LEADING AI MODELS SAID:
Its composite approach provides a comprehensive yet interpretable measure, balancing network activity and demand with Bitcoin's unique, pre-programmed supply dynamics.
A key innovation is adaptive scarcity weighting that increases as Bitcoin approaches its 21M supply cap. The system updates every 30 seconds, combining network activity (70%) with scarcity factors (30%) in a weighted composite, creating a quantitative framework for cryptocurrency market sentiment that adapts to Bitcoin's deflationary economics.
Its algorithmic complexity is well-justified, yielding a reasonable and protocol-native measure of Bitcoin enthusiasm suitable for AI validation and long-term analysis.
The Art
Each Atomic Bitcoin Butt Flower is a unique digital artwork living on the Bitcoin blockchain. These are NOT static JPEGs - they're complex p5.js applications that respond in real-time to Bitcoin's network activity, creating ever-changing expressions that breathe with the blockchain itself.
The flowers translate Bitcoin metrics like BES scores and mining difficulty into visual art through color shifts, animations, and particle effects. This blockchain-responsive generative art showcases advanced p5.js programming with real-time data integration, procedural visual generation, and responsive design that adapts across viewing contexts.

The Artist's Statement
'Atomic Bitcoin Butt Flowers' documents our collective emotional investment in Bitcoin through characters that live through the network.
I created these works as Bitcoin approaches mainstream adoption, when millions of people have developed genuine emotional relationships with a mathematical system. Each flower responds to real blockchain data—transaction volumes, mining difficulty, fee patterns—expressing the network's psychological state through tears and celebration.
The flowers function as both artwork and profile pictures. When Bitcoin enthusiasm surges, new celebrations are unlocked. When enthusiasm wanes, it cries. Users carry a fragment of collective sentiment as their digital identity, their profile picture literally reflecting mass psychology in real-time.
My algorithm accounts for years of blockchain behavior to track a baseline for our sustained emotional investment, not daily price volatility. As Bitcoin nears its 21 million coin limit, scarcity becomes part of the emotional equation. The system measures how much people actually care about Bitcoin by analyzing how they use it—higher fees during excitement, increased transactions during euphoria, network silence during despair.
This represents something new in human experience: genuine feelings about pure mathematics that can be measured, calculated, and visualized.
The Butt Flowers are our mirrors reflecting back something we've never seen before— our collective human psychology made visible through code.
The Artist
King is a pioneering Bitcoin artist whose work explores the creative tension between technology and art—firmly believing that both are essential. She treats Bitcoin not just as a subject but as a canvas, using code and data to push the boundaries of blockchain-native expression.

The Journey
Throughout her collections, King refuses to treat PFPs as hype artifacts. Instead, she approaches them as cultural objects with long-term artistic and historical value. While she's mostly worked in large PFP collections—drawn to the scale, the systems, and the connections they build—ABBF may be her last, as she moves toward broader artistic forms.
Today, King is one of the most widely collected Bitcoin artists (over 7500 UNIQUE wallets hold King's art)—and still among the most underrated. She remains a builder, an innovator, and a defining force in the early canon of Bitcoin art.
